Cheese Sgroi has nearly two decades in the food industry, specializing mainly in the import of foreign cheeses and export of dairy products Sicilians. Cheese Sgroi also offers refrigerated transport services for third parties and integrated logistics cold. The property has a covered area of 3,000 square meters of which 2,800 used in cold temperatures and with different capabilities, in order to accommodate various types of food products each with its own characteristic organoleptic and storage. All refrigerators are equipped with mobile shelving and have a capacity of 2,300 pallets. The company has several cold storage facilities, allowing a direct control of the internal condition of the cells. Thanks to these measures, the company obtained ISO certification.
